JoinByte provides digital design, development, and related online services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work where applicable.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
User Responsibilities
When using Our Services, You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent Your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, branding, code, and materials provided by JoinByte remain Our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is explicitly transferred.
You retain ownership of content and materials You provide to Us, and grant Us a license to use that material as needed to deliver the Service.
Payments and Refunds
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are set out in Your project agreement or invoice. Late payments may delay delivery or suspend work.
Refund eligibility depends on the scope of work completed and the terms agreed in Your specific contract.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoinByte disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JoinByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from Your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by You to JoinByte for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws.
Dispute Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before new terms take effect.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
